The Cowboy Roast is almost to good to be real! Your first note is the smell and how the aroma grabs your attention and demands and immediate taste. The first sip I was greeted by a smooth and clean taste of fresh roast compared to nothing I've never had before! There's at least several notes of flavors that were coming to mind but none of which over powered the other. It was like sipping on a 10 year single barrel aged whiskey or bourbon that you would pay hundreds of dollars for. Hands down 10 out of 10 and a must have!
