Processing Time All coffee, tea, and mushroom blend orders are roasted or prepared fresh and typically ship within 2–5 business days of your order being placed.

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous US) We offer standard flat-rate shipping of $6.00 on all orders. Orders totaling $75.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping automatically applied at checkout.

Merchandise Livefire Coffee Co. merchandise is fulfilled separately by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Merchandise shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Merchandise does not qualify for the free shipping threshold applied to coffee, tea, and mushroom blend products.

Alaska, Hawaii & International Orders We may ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and select international destinations; however, these orders are not guaranteed and are non-refundable. Livefire Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures for shipments outside the contiguous United States. By placing an order to these destinations, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Delivery Estimates Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days from the ship date. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is handed off to the carrier, Livefire Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or theft. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we will do our best to assist.
