I absolutely love this tea, the spice is crisp and the smell is magnificent. I drink it hot, but I love to brew a batch then keep it in the fridge. I can grab it out, pour a glass, add som ice, milk and honey and go. It tastes so much cleaner than the store bought concentrates. If you're a tea person you must order this.
